We are seeking a strategic and highly skilled Lead, Storytelling to join our Enterprise AI team. This role is responsible for translating complex AI strategy, products, and capabilities into compelling, clear, and actionable narratives tailored for executives, business leaders, and product teams.This is not a traditional communications role—this leader will operate at the intersection of strategy, product, and executive engagement, shaping how our AI vision is understood, adopted, and scaled across the enterprise.Executive & Strategic StorytellingDevelop clear, compelling narratives that articulate the Enterprise AI vision, strategy, and roadmapCraft high-impact presentations, briefings, and storytelling assets for executive leadership (C-suite, SVPs, VPs)Translate complex AI concepts into accessible, business-relevant value storiesEnsure consistency of message across current capabilities, near-term initiatives, and long-term visionContent Development & DeliveryCreate and maintain a portfolio of storytelling assets:Executive presentations and board-level materialsDigital content (intranet features, multimedia storytelling, interactive formats)Strategic narratives for product launches and capability rolloutsPartner with product and technical teams to distill insights into clear, engaging, audience-specific contentContinuously evolve storytelling formats to leverage modern, digital-first communication approachesEnterprise AI EnablementHelp leaders and teams understand:What AI capabilities exist todayWhat is coming nextHow to engage and adopt AI solutionsSupport key moments in the AI journey: launches, milestones, adoption drives, and scaling initiativesCreate narratives that connect AI strategy to business outcomes and measurable impactChange & Communications PartnershipInform and shape broader Change & Communications strategies, without being limited to traditional comms executionCollaborate with change management, HR, and communications teams to ensure alignment and amplification of key messagesProvide storytelling frameworks and content that enable others to communicate effectivelyCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with:Enterprise AI leadershipProduct and engineering teamsBusiness unit stakeholdersChange & Communications partnersFunction as a trusted advisor to leaders on how to communicate complex ideas with clarity and influenceImpact of the RoleThis role is critical to scaling Enterprise AI. Success will be measured by:Increased clarity and alignment among executives and business leadersImproved understanding and adoption of AI capabilities across the enterpriseStrong, consistent narratives that accelerate rollout and scaleEnhanced ability of leaders and teams to communicate AI effectivelyUse your skills to make an impact Required Qualification8+ years of experience in strategic storytelling, executive communications, consulting, product marketing, or similar rolesBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the Technology, Leadership, or Communications fields preferablyStrong familiarity with AI concepts (e.g., GenAI, machine learning, data platforms) and their business applicationsProven ability to create executive-level presentations and narrativesStrong understanding of how to translate technical or complex topics into business-friendly storytellingExceptional writing, visual storytelling, and presentation design skillsExperience collaborating with senior leaders and influencing at the executive levelAbility to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced, and evolving environmentsDemonstrated success supporting C-suite or senior executive communications in complex enterprisesExperience working within Enterprise AI, advanced analytics, or digital transformation programs at scalePreferred QualificationsBackground in management consulting, strategy, or internal strategy teamsFamiliarity with enterprise-scale change programsExperience with modern storytelling tools (e.g., Figma, PowerPoint, Adobe, storytelling platforms)Experience driving storytelling for product launches, platform adoption, or capability scaling initiativesProven ability to shape narratives in support of large-scale change, transformation, or innovation programsAdvanced proficiency with modern storytelling and design tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, video/multimedia tools)Experience creating digital-first storytelling experiences (interactive content, executive dashboards, intranet experiences, etc.)AI, Product, and Technical Certifications are a plusAdditional InformationWork Style: This position will have a hybrid work style.
