What You'll Do
As a
Multiline Representative , you’ll work directly with customers and prospective customers to help them understand their options and protect what matters most to them.
Your day may include:
- Having meaningful conversations with customers about their needs, goals, and concerns.
- Building relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Identifying opportunities to better protect customers through needs-based conversations.
- Following up with prospects and customers and helping move conversations toward decisions.
- Supporting marketing and community outreach efforts that generate new relationships.
- Keeping customer information, documentation, and follow-up activities organized and accurate.
- Working alongside your teammates to accomplish individual and office goals.
- Continuously developing your communication, sales, product knowledge, and relationship-building skills.

Previous experience in
sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, business development, or insurance can be helpful, but isn't required for the right candidate.
Licensing: You must possess or be willing and able to obtain the applicable state insurance licenses.
