About the job: Build Client relationships and provide investment, retirement, and financial planning solutions tailored to individual goals. Develop new business, conduct ongoing client reviews, and deliver trusted financial guidance while meeting all regulatory and compliance requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Educating and providing investment options based on customer's needs and wants
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field preferred (not required).
• Must already be fully licensed and experienced as a Registered Representative and/or Investment Advisor Representative. licenses.
• Proven experience working as a financial services representative.
• Sound knowledge of financial legislation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
